Online Personal Training (OPT) is a newly developed ComFit Learning option that combines the flexibility and convenience of self-directed, Internet-based learning with direction and support of one-on-one personal coaching.

How it works
Our OPT process begins with a two-part assessment (one written submission and a multiple-choice test). The assessment enables us to identify with granular precision the learning needs that differentiate you from everybody else.

On the basis of that assessment, we set up an improvement program that is keyed not only to your learning needs but also to your learning style and your day-to-day job demands.


The improvement process directs you to self-correcting workouts that you go through at your convenience on a week-to-week basis. Typically, too, you get an opportunity to submit—and receive feedback on—one written assignment each week. The assignments mirror the kinds of writing you do in class or on the job.
