Most important, perhaps, we recognize that without knowledgeable, personalized support and oversight, no technology-based learning resource— regardless of how pedagogically strong or engagingly interactive it may be, can in and of itself, meet the learning needs of students who have yet to master the basics of reading, writing, and mathematics.
